Summary: The 24 hour shuttle is actually an Uber during off hours which works, however, the hotel is dirty, the rooms are not in good shape and the check in staff wasn't very friendly.

Summary: Service staff was very rude when I asked for new towels because the ones in my room had boogers (yes, snot..) on them. I was yelled at because the towels for use at checkout (seriously... ). Read last statement for cleanliness of room. Pink mold in shower and tge fliiring/transition was in conolete from where you get ready to the bathroom. The bed was semi comfortable, definitely not the worst I slept in

Summary: Restaurant food was only India food. Bar and restaurant was not as advertised. Bar was closed. No lock on outside door. Hole left in slider door where lock was. Floors were sticky.Had to wear socks. Socks were very dirty. No top sheet on bed. Not sure if top duvet is washed every time after each visit. Breakfast was juices cold cereals and waffles. 6$ charge if foof was taken to room.50$ deposit charged at time of ck in. Not aware of this. Will never stay here again 😪

Summary: I reserved a king room from hotels.com. When I arrrived they said they did not have my room. Thet had a doubke queen which is a less expensive room. They said they had to charge me for the king room because i booked through a third party. 1. I had resevered my room well in advance of the trip, they should of had that room. 2. If there was some sort of upcharge i am sure they would have figured that out. When I entered the room it was humid and had a musty smell. I believ this is due to the fact that the back of the air conditoner, which would have normally been outside. Was instead in a large room that had the pool in it. So it had a difficult time with rhe heat exchange and was bringing that humid air from the pool into my room. The room was clean but the bathroom was not. The shower had dust and hair along the top of the shower ledge. The faucet in the bathroom was not attached to the sink at all. The TV did not work. The signal was bad. I turned on the TV and it was good for a minute then the sound went out and there was distortion of the picture. I called the front desk to ask if there was something I could do. They said that the TV's were finicky and sent a maitance man to my room. He arrived quick and came in and shut it off and turned it back on. It stsrted to work. He took a short video of it on his phone and left. About a minute after he left the TV froze. TLDR. I would not reccommend staying here

Summary: Entrance light was not working. Carpet at the entrance door was ripped. Toilet flushing made loud whistle sound with dirty water came out. A cockroach ran around above the tube up to the ceiling. Bed is too high for a disabled person to climb and ended sleeping on the floor. Breakfast had no selections only a few slice of breads, cereals, and a gallon of milk to share with the others.

Summary: The motel was nice amenities were good. Breakfast was minimal. Would have liked more choices. Security was very poor. Outdoor entries did not lock. Did not feel safe. Maintenance room door was open to the outdoors for a while, less safe. The television in our room did not work had to call to the office, 2 times, to get maintenance to come fix it. Toilet paper was very rough. Shampoo quality is poor, left my hair feeling very dry. Need conditioner.

Summary: Bathroom is moldy. Bathroom tub is disgusting and moldy I couldnt take a shower and I needed to. Floors felt damp to walk on and walking through non smoking halls on my way to my bedroom I could smell marijuanna. Breakfast wasn't great. They didnt have alot of options. Location to airport is convenient. But overall they need tonfocus on cleanliness of bathrooms cauae there is mold allnover the place and it looked like they hadnt cleaned bathroom counter tops in months and the shower head is brown and moldy so they don't clean those. Im never coming back.

Summary: The property has obviously been recently renovated from another hotel business and there was some still small amounts of construction debris in the bathroom area It appeared that there were sliding glass doors that had been turned into full length windows other guest would stand outside of talk loudly after hours. The highlight of the facility is the Indian restaurant in the building. Superb food and great staff. I can’t say enough good things about the restaurant.
